Vantage Press closes

Founded in New York City in 1949, Vantage Press, one of the first “vanity” publishing businesses, has closed because it “does not have sufficient revenue to sustain itself as a going concern.”

The Website and phone are down and all inquiries are being directed to Hendel & Collins partner Joseph B. Collins. Acquired three years ago by media investment banker David Lamb, the company relocated to Massachusetts in July, in an attempt to cut costs, but to no avail.
